Computerized records are stored safely and securely; personal files are kept in secure filing cabinet in a private room.

Staff observations and portfolios are kept in a secure online program.

If any written notes/observation are taken, these are kept in the client’s room and only staff can have access to it. Personal files are available for viewing upon request. Clients’ portfolios are available online and can only be accessed by staff or the client themselves.
